Setup - To begin the game, click yes to approve of the settings. Player 1 will be unchecked and players 2 and 3 will be checked, which means that they will be controlled by the computer. If you have more than one person (to play at the same computer), you can uncheck those other players.
Toss Up Round - Enter a name and click yes to begin the toss up round. Letters are revealed on the board at random. The first player to buzz in and solve the puzzle wins $1,000 and starts the game. When you are ready to make a guess, buzz in with the letter Q (or the letter shown if you are player 2 or 3). After the toss up round, you will begin round 1.
Rounds 1-3 - It is your turn when the spinning wheel is next to your name in the upper right. To spin, click on the wheel and then select a consonant by clicking on one of them. If the letter is part of the puzzle, you'll earn the amount on the wheel multiplied by the number of times the letter appears. You may then choose to spin again, buy a vowel for $250 by clicking on one of them or solve the puzzle by clicking solve on the righthand side and typing in a guess. Guessing a wrong consonant or a failed attempt at solving the puzzle will end your turn. Your turn will also end if you land on Bankrupt or Lose A Turn, unless you have a Free Spin handy. You will keep the money you have earned even if you do not solve. Correctly solving the puzzle earns you an additional $10,000.
Bonus Round - If you win the game, you will advance to the bonus round. In the bonus round, the letters R, S, T, L, N and E are selected and revealed on the board, if part of the puzzle. You will begin by spinning the wheel. Next, select three consonants and one vowel to be revealed in the puzzle. The last action of the game is to enter your guess to try to earn the bonus.
